Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at InesMarques!

We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed from the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for refunds and exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • We only offer refunds on items sold at regular price, sale items cannot be returned.

  • If the item in question is marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit in the amount of your return.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange something for an identical item, please email us at ines.marques@jumpseller.com and send the item to:

Goods not covered

The following products are not covered by the return policy:

  • gift cards

  • Some health and personal care items

Partial refunds are given (if applicable)

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts through no fault of ours.

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or lost refunds

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Transport

  • Do not return the product to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following address

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item.

  • Shipping costs are not refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to arrive may vary.

  • Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
